Digital Products

• All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

• Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, copied, or distributed for commercial purposes.

Physical Products (Greeting Cards + Studio Notebooks)

• All physical items are handmade and shipped from our studio.

• Items are for personal use and may not be resold or reproduced without written permission.

• If you are interested in wholesale purchasing, please contact us.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as Payhip & PayPal).

• Prices are listed in USD.

Refunds & Exchanges

• For digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once an order is complete.

• For physical products, we gladly offer exchanges for unused and unopened items within the time frame outlined in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, images, audio, and designs, is the intellectual property of Nuvhé Speaks.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
