Refund Policy

All sales from Nuvhé Speaks are final.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been completed.

Physical Products ( Greeting Cards + Studio Notebooks )

We do not accept refunds, but we gladly offer exchanges for unused and unopened items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nuvhespeaks.com with your order number.

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process an exchange for an item of equal value.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged through delivery, please email hello@nuvhespeaks.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
